Your app is not a black box

We build mobile apps, interfaces and websites together with founders — and explain along the way what the product is made of, why decisions are made and what you can change yourself.

ScreensWhat people see and tap. Prototype, states, wording.
LogicThe rules: who can do what, what happens after an action.
DataWhat is stored, where, for how long and who can access it.
ReleaseApp stores, domain, hosting, updates.
Who we work for

Founders who want to know what they are paying for

Founders often receive a finished app with no idea how it works. Every change becomes a mystery, and every conversation with a developer feels like translating a foreign language.

We work differently: each stage is shown on real screens, explained in plain words and recorded in a document that stays with you. The goal is that afterwards you can talk confidently about your product with any team.

We do not promise miracles or decorate our experience. We promise a transparent process, honest estimates and clear quality criteria, set out on the Method page.

Four areas

What we can build together

01

Mobile apps

iOS and Android: from first prototype to a build you can show to users. We explain technology choices and what they cost to maintain.

UI/UX design

Journeys, wireframes, interface and accessibility — before any code is written.

Websites

A product site or web app that is fast and easy to edit.

Release assistance

App Store and Google Play: accounts, listings, screenshots, privacy policy, replies to reviewer notes. Plus basic IT support after launch.

How it feels

A workshop, not a conveyor belt

You are involved at every step — without having to become a programmer.

  1. Talk through the task

Who the product is for, what it must do first and what it definitely does not need.
  2. Screen map

We draw the user journey and agree the scope of the first version.
  3. Short iterations

Regular working builds with an explanation of what changed.
  4. Release and handover

Access, documentation, next steps — all of it yours.
